SAINT JOHN, NB — Life Start First Aid & Safety Training today announced the continuation of its Community Give Initiative, partnering for a second consecutive year with Operation Feed, a local nonprofit dedicated to alleviating hunger in the Saint John region.
Through the collaboration, $10 from every first aid course booked during April will be donated to support local families facing food insecurity. The company aims to surpass its 2024 contribution of $1,317.10.
Why Operation Feed
Operation Feed works to ensure no family in the region goes without nutritious meals. Recent data indicates Saint John continues to face significant challenges: child poverty rose year over year, and median household income remains below the national figure.
